Hi! I’m Dr. Kortney West

As a board certified pediatrician and founder of Precise Pediatrics, I’ve spent my career caring for children, from newborn checkups to the most complex neurodevelopmental and behavioral health challenges.

After years of working in traditional pediatric settings, I saw the gaps in care for children, particularly those facing chronic illnesses and mental health conditions. Too often, their unique needs were overlooked, and the root causes of their health challenges were left unaddressed.

Every family deserves support that helps their child reach their fullest potential.

At Precise Pediatrics we use an integrative approach to provide personalized care. By combining precision medicine with nutrition and lifestyle changes, we aim to not only treat symptoms but to uncover and resolve the underlying causes of illness.     Our son struggles with emotional "melt downs" where he was unable to calm himself and a full on emotion would be felt and displayed 100X fold and he could not control it.
