For children who need someone to look deeper
Some children have symptoms that don't fit neatly into one specialty, or concerns that have been brushed off as "just a phase." Our Complex Care Membership is Dr. West's in-depth approach for children with autism, PANS/PANDAS, developmental delays, and other complex or chronic conditions.
Conditions We Treat
How to Get Started
Not sure if Complex Care is the right fit? Start with a conversation.
Free Discovery Call
A complimentary 15-minute call with our nurse to talk through your child's needs, answer your questions, and make sure this program is the right fit for your family.
Roadmap Appointment
A one-time $650 visit with Dr. West, no membership required. We'll go through your child's full history, hear what's been tried, and talk about what a path forward could look like. There's no need to have answers going in.
Enroll within 30 days and your $650 is applied toward registration.
Begin Onboarding
Families who move forward enroll in our 3-month onboarding phase. Because your child's history is already in hand, we can jump right into the deeper work.
Every Moment Counts
What we accomplish in the first three months at Precise Pediatrics would often take years of appointments, specialist referrals, and trial and error in the traditional medical system. For children in critical stages of speech, learning, and cognitive development, those years are precious time.
"More than 1 million new neural connections are formed every second in the first few years of life."
Many treatable conditions go undiagnosed simply because no one thought to look beneath the surface. When underlying issues are caught and addressed during these crucial developmental periods, the potential for healing and thriving is monumental.
Peel Back the Layers of Chronic Illness
Every child is shaped by their genetics, environment, and health history. Even children with identical lab results can have very different journeys to healing.
We investigate the metabolic, infectious, nutritional, environmental, and genetic factors that may be affecting your child's health and development, so we can treat root causes, not just symptoms.
Your Roadmap to Healing
Care begins with a 3-month onboarding phase, then moves into ongoing optimization.
Intake Visit (Virtual)
Building on your Roadmap Appointment, we clarify any history we didn't cover, review past labs and records in depth, and gather baseline symptom questionnaires. Your child doesn't need to attend, so we can talk openly about sensitive topics.
Physical Exam (In Office)
Dr. West meets your child in person for a thorough exam, then builds a customized lab workup tailored to their symptoms and findings.
Lab Workup
Labs can be drawn in our office or at a local Quest location. If your child is afraid of needles, we'll make a plan ahead of time to help them through it.
Interim Treatment Plan
While we wait for results, we start supporting your child with gentle first steps, such as nutrients, anti-inflammatory support, and small dietary changes.
Review Lab Results
Once all labs are back, Dr. West walks you through every result and what it means. Normal results matter too, because they help us rule things out.
Personalized Treatment Plan
We start simple, then layer in changes over time so we can see exactly what's working best for your child.
Continuing Care
Through a continuity plan, we follow your child's progress closely, refine their treatment, and support your family through setbacks and successes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still need a separate pediatrician?
Families on the Plus plan have our Foundational Care Membership included, so their everyday pediatric care is covered here too. Families on other plans can keep their current pediatrician or add Foundational Care at the standard membership rate.
What is the Roadmap Appointment?
The Roadmap Appointment is a one-time $650 visit with Dr. West that lets you meet us without committing to the 3-month membership. We'll review your child's full history and talk through what a path forward could look like. Because this visit comes before membership begins, it doesn't include specific medical advice or treatment recommendations. If you decide to move forward, everything we covered carries into onboarding, so we can spend that time clarifying any remaining history and reviewing past labs in depth. If you enroll in the Complex Care Membership within 30 days of your Roadmap Appointment, your $650 fee is applied toward your registration.
Does my child really need all of the specialized testing?
Symptoms that seem minor on the surface, like speech delay, attention issues, OCD, or tics, often point to deeper imbalances affecting development. Genomic testing provides a lifelong blueprint for supporting your child's unique biology, gut health is a cornerstone of neurologic and immune function, and mycotoxins are a common but often overlooked trigger of chronic inflammation.
Do you guarantee you'll find a diagnosis or underlying cause?
We can't guarantee every answer by the end of onboarding, but the process gives us a strong foundation. When additional steps are needed, such as specialist referrals, imaging, or an EEG, we guide those next steps and act as your child's complex care "quarterback."
Do you accept insurance?
No. Fees are paid directly to the practice. We can provide superbills on request, which you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Standard bloodwork is billed through your insurance.
How is the onboarding phase paid?
The onboarding phase is a one-time $2,295 registration fee plus three monthly payments of $1,565, for a total of $6,990. If you enroll within 30 days of your Roadmap Appointment, your $650 Roadmap fee is applied toward registration.
What ages do you see?
We care for patients from birth through age 25. Because the Complex Care Membership is designed for ongoing care over time, we may not be able to take on new patients over age 20. If your child is older, please contact our office and we'll be happy to offer recommendations.
What is your refund policy?
We dedicate significant time to every family, from in-depth case review and research to appointments and treatment planning. Because of the nature of this work, fees are non-refundable. We encourage families to be confident in the commitment before getting started.
