Practice Policies

  • We do not contract with any insurance companies and as such, are considered “out of network” providers. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement and are accessible from your patient portal. There is no guarantee you will be reimbursed as it depends on your particular plan. We require payment on the date of service which we accept in the form of cash, debit or credit - the latter can be kept on file for your convenience.

  • We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or you will be subjected to a fee of $100. We do understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances may arise - please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make an appointment in order to avoid any fees.

  • We aim to complete refill requests on the day they are received, however sometimes we are not able to, so we ask that you please allow 2-3 business days for the script to be sent to your pharmacy and ask that you plan accordingly.

  • Fees will be adjusted on a yearly basis and may increase to account for inflation.
